1961 Legacy Society
The ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø Foundation’s 1961 Legacy Society recognizes individuals who have invested in ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s future through a planned gift. 1961 Legacy Society members are vital partners whose generosity sustains a legacy of engagement with the college. This partnership impacts ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ꿉۪s ability to promote an integrated approach to economic mobility and assists students to receive the education needed to obtain employment with family sustaining wages.
There are numerous ways to make a planned gift, either for unrestricted use or to establish or finish an endowment:
- Bequest through a will or trust
- A life income gift, such as a charitable remainder trust or charitable gift annuity
- A lead trust, private foundation, donor-advised fund, or supporting organization that provides for a donation to ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø
- An IRA or other retirement plan where ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø is named the beneficiary
- A life insurance policy assigned to the Foundation
